Can’t Sign In to Boomea Apps

There are 4 common reasons that users can’t log in to Boomea.

  1. The link in the welcome email has expired.
    To resolve this, contact us and ask us re-send you the welcome email.
  2. A user no longer remembers their password.
    To resolve this, go to app.boomea.com and use the “Forgot Password” link. This will send you an email with a password reset link.
  3. A user does not know which email address to use to log in.
    To resolve this, contact us and request the information.
  4. A user’s account has been suspended.
    To resolve this, contact us.
