Changing Your Voicemail Password

Changing your voicemail password is easy and can be done from any device (NimbusPhone mobile app, web phone, or desk phone).

Desk Phone

1. Press the voicemail button.
2. Dial your voicemail password followed by #.
3. You will hear voicemail options. Press 5 for voicemail settings.
4. Press 3 to change your password.

Web Phone / Mobile App

1. Using the phone’s keypad, dial ** + your extension number.
   (Ex. If your extension is 301, you would dial **301)
2. Dial your voicemail password followed by #.
3. You will hear voicemail options. Press 5 for voicemail settings.
4. Press 3 to change your password.
