Call Park and Pickup

Call parking allows a caller to be placed in a special hold state which can be picked up by any other extension by using a park pickup code. Call park is a helpful alternative to placing a call on hold and transferring the call, because it frees up the the original extension to make or receive more calls.

Parking a Call

From the Web Phone

  1. Click the park icon
  2. Enter the parking slot number (1, 2, 3, etc)

From the NimbusPhone Mobile App

  1. Click the transfer icon
  2. Dial *3 + the parking slot number (*31, *32, *33, etc.)

Park Pickup

The Park Pickup code is also *3 + the parking slot number.

From the Web Phone, NimbusPhone Mobile App, or Desk Phone

  1. Dial *3 + the parking slot number (*31, *32, *33, etc.)

    To pickup a call from parking slot 1, dial *31.
    To pickup a call from parking slot 2, dial *32.
