Changing Your Voicemail Greeting

Changing your personal voicemail greeting is easy and can be done from any device (NimbusPhone mobile app, web phone, or desk phone).

Desk Phone

1. Press the voicemail button.
2. Dial your voicemail password followed by #.
3. Press 5 for voicemail settings.
4. Press 1 to record your voicemail greeting.

Web Phone / Mobile App

1. Using the phone’s keypad, dial ** + your extension number.
   (Ex. If your extension is 301, you would dial **301)
2. Dial your voicemail password followed by #.
3. Press 5 for voicemail settings.
4. Press 1 to record your voicemail greeting.
