Adding or Merging Calls

It’s easy to start a small conference call by merging two calls together on the NimbusPhone mobile app or web phone.

NimbusPhone Mobile App

1. Initiate a call with the 1st party.
2. Press the Add Call button.
3. Dial the phone number of the 2nd party.
4. Press the green phone icon to initiate the call.
5. Wait for the 2nd party to answer the call.
6. Press the Join Call button.
7. You, and your 2 additional parties will now all be one one call together.

Web Phone

1. Initiate a call with the 1st party.
2. Click the Add Call icon (phone with a plus sign).
3. Dial the phone number of the 2nd party.
4. Press the green phone icon to initiate the call.
5. Wait for the 2nd party to answer the call.
6. Press the Join Call icon (upward arrow).
7. You, and your 2 additional parties will now all be one one call together.
