Install the App on Your Phone
The NimbusPhone mobile app can be downloaded from the iPhone App Store and Google Play Store.
Please be sure to look for the official NimbusPhone app icon:
Look for a Welcome Email
Look for a welcome email in your inbox from support@mytelpros.com with the following subject: “My Tel Pros – Mobile App Enabled”.
The welcome email will contain a QR code.
If you didn’t receive this email, please check your spam folder.
Scan the QR Code
1. Open the NimbusPhone mobile app on your phone.
2. Press the QR code icon.
3. Aim your phone’s camera at the QR code sent to you in the welcome email.
4. You will be automatically logged in to the app.
