There are two meetings types you can choose from when hosting a video meeting.
Video Conference
In a video conference, participants will enter the meeting with their cameras turned on, and their mics unmuted. All participants will be able to see and speak with one another upon entry.
A video conference is ideal for a team meeting.
Meeting Presentation
In a meeting presentation, participants will enter the meeting with their cameras turned off, and their mics muted. Participants can turn on their cameras and mics at any time.
A meeting presentation is ideal for a webinar or presentation.
For an interactive webinar, the host can instruct participants to keep their cameras and mics turned off until the designated Q&A portion.
