Sending Files Through Chat

Files can be sent in chat channels and through direct messages.

Sending Files

1. Click the Paperclip (Attachment) icon.
2. Navigate to the location of the file on your computer.
3. The file will load in the Boomea chat window.
4. Type a message to send along with the file and press the “ENTER” key on your keyboard to send the file.

Downloading Files

1. Click on the file.
2. A preview of the file will load.
3. Click the Download button on the bottom-right of the preview window.
4. Save the file to the desired location on your computer.
