My Office Internet Service is Up and Running
If your office internet service is up and running, please follow these steps:
- Reboot all switches and power supplies connected to your hosted phones.
- If step 1 doesn’t resolve your issue, reboot all network equipment including any router or modem connected to your internet service provider.
My Office Internet Service is Down
If your office internet service is down, please contact your internet service provider. Your My Tel Pros VoIP services cannot function if your internet service is down.

For help with any physical connections to your hosted phones, network equipment, or your internet service provider modem and services, please contact your vendor that maintains that equipment or service.
